Booking Online FAQs
Not sure how to book online? The following list of frequently asked questions will help you deal with the most common issues you might experience.
HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?
Select the show time for which you wish to purchase tickets.
This will take you to the ‘Select Tickets’ screen. Choose your tickets and press Next.
You can then select your seat/seats. Please note, that the booking system blocks two seats either side of your booking in order to comply with social distancing guidelines (changing to one-seat from Monday 13 September).
On the ‘Confirm’ screen you can Continue Shopping to add a different film or event to your Basket, or complete the purchase by credit/debit card or gift card.
Please note that you must have enough on your gift card to complete the whole transaction. Once your purchase is confirmed we will issue an e-ticket via email you can print this email and bring it straight to the cinema as your ticket.
You do not need to login to the Broadway site in order to book tickets.
HOW DO I USE MY BROADWAY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?
Choose the show time of the film you wish to see.
This will take you to the ‘Select Tickets’ screen. If you’re not already signed in (Log in icon in the top-right of the website), please sign in with your email address and password (by default this will be your membership card number if you haven’t previously created your own password).
When signed in, please choose the Membership tab for member tickets (including free tickets), or the Standard tab for regular-priced tickets.
When you’re finished, press Next, this will take you to the ‘Confirm’ screen. From here, please follow the normal purchase instructions above.
