Cama Sood Hara (Associated Course Screening)

Haresh Sood follows up his acclaimed debut My Niece’s Big Fat Delhi Wedding with his second feature documentary. This time, Haresh turns the lens on himself, exploring the challenges and societal pressures of being a 47-year-old unmarried British Indian male. The film intelligently delves into the taunts, discrimination and cultural expectations he’s faced, while offering a humorous yet poignant critique of the Indian matrimonial system.

Things You Didn’t Get Taught At Film School course attendees are invited to a private social screening of tutor Haresh Sood’s film, Cama Sood Hara. This screening will be at 5:30pm in The Lounge at Broadway and optional to attend. Tickets are free for the film screening, but please book as spaces are limited
