Looking for somewhere a little more inspired than the usual hotel conference suite? Broadway is Nottingham's independent cinema and cultural hub and our meeting rooms, boardrooms and cinema screens bring a distinctive creative energy to corporate events across the East Midlands.
From intimate board meetings to conferences for hundreds of delegates, we offer a fully accessible Nottingham city centre venue with freshly-prepared catering, 4K projection, professional audio visual facilities, free high-speed Wi-Fi (upload and download) and expert technical support. We're a 10 minute walk from Nottingham train station, with excellent tram and car parking facilities close-by. Plus, every booking supports Broadway's work as a registered charity championing independent film and creative talent.

CONFERENCES, SCREENINGS AND LARGER MEETINGS
For larger-scale presentations, screenings or conferences in Nottingham - why not hire one (or more) of our four state-of-the-art cinema screens, with capacities ranging from 58 to 248.
Each one is fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, and our excellent technical assistance means you will get the best possible sound and visuals. We can also provide equipment for presentations, Q&A sessions and panel discussions. All of our cinema screens are available for private hire during the daytime, outside of our monthly film programme - making Broadway a popular choice for Nottingham conferences, AGMs and team away-days.
MEETINGS
For smaller meetings in Nottingham, our two dedicated meeting rooms offer flexible layouts and warm, creative surroundings.
The Studio is our largest meeting room, seating up to 25 people in boardroom or theatre-style layouts, with built-in AV and natural light. A great fit for training sessions, team away-days and workshops.
The Boardroom is perfect for smaller board meetings and informal gatherings of up to 12, with a private outdoor terrace, TV and glass boards. The ideal stimulating, non-corporate space for strategy sessions, interviews and client meetings.
Refreshments, breakfast and working lunch packages are freshly prepared by our in-house catering team, and our technical team is always on hand to help your event run smoothly.
