Young film collective Lounge Trip presents a special takeover screening of the new film by director Jeanie Finlay, which charts the rise of writer and podcaster Aubrey Gordon. Shot over six years, we see Aubrey go from anonymous blogger YrFatFriend to NYTimes bestseller and beloved podcaster with an audience of millions.

Accompanying the film will be the debut screening of documentary filmmaker Maddie Barnes’ short film Secondary Strobe (8 mins). Secondary Strobe follows Libby, a competitive swimmer and member of the Great British Deaf Swimming Club.

Bring your friends, buy some Your Fat Friend prints and stickers at the merch stall, and join the Lounge Trip team in the Café Bar afterwards to discuss the film.

"Another joyously insightful, subversive and ultimately uplifting documentary from the great Jeanie Finlay"
