Judy & Punch

In the rough town of Seaside, master puppeteers Judy and Punch perform their marionette show to flocks of villagers. The show is a hit thanks to Judy’s artistry but Punch’s ego and penchant for whisky lead to an unspeakable tragedy and Judy is left for dead in the woods. Taken in by a society of outcast, she begins to plot her revenge. Mirrah Foulkes reimagines the Punch & Judy narrative with this astonishing, blackly comic feminist revenge drama.
