BFI Film Academy Scene events are peer-to-peer interviews and networking events, which give young filmmakers opportunities to offer tips about storytelling, filmmaking and breaking into the industry, as well as meet other young screen creatives and potential collaborators for future projects.
The Midlands is full of film-making talent but it can sometimes be a challenge to meet other creatives and build a network that will lead to collaboration. Our BFI Film Academy SCENE events will provide opportunities for you to see amazing new shorts, network whilst learning and discover more about how you make those first steps into making your own.
