It’s 1964 and the UN has launched the first rocket to the Moon. Onboard is a group of multinational astronauts set to be the first lunar explorers. But shortly after landing, they find evidence of another mission seemed to have happened long ago. Determined to get to the bottom of the mystery, UN officials soon find themselves looking for answers in a nursing home in England. Adapted from HG Wells’ novel first published in 1901, FIRST MEN IN THE MOON, was updated and adapted for the big screen as the race to the Moon raged on.
