Customer notice: We're trialling captions for our 10.15am Silver Screen films from Dec 2025

In response to a large number of requests from members of our Silver Screen audience, we’ll be trialling captions for our 10.15am Silver Screen showings (when available) starting from Thursday 4 December 2025.

Many regular Silver Screen attendees have been in touch to tell us that captions help them to follow dialogue more easily and greatly enhance their enjoyment of the film. At Broadway, we’re always looking for ways to make our cinema experiences as inclusive and enjoyable as possible for everyone in our community, including our senior audience and those who are hard of hearing - so during this trial period, our weekly 10.15am Silver Screen screenings will be presented with captions (subject to availability). 

For those of you who would prefer to watch without captions, each film will still also be screening at 1.15pm each week with no captions.

We appreciate your consideration as we trial this adaptation to our weekly programme, to ensure that all members of our senior audience are able to enjoy our Silver Screen films. We'll be collecting your feedback during this time, and reviewing your responses over the coming weeks.
