Buying in advance
Tickets can be bought in advance for all films – either from this website or by calling the box office on 0115 952 6611. There is no booking fee for booking online or over the telephone.
We don’t usually reserve specific seats, so if you know where you want to sit you might want to get there early.
Ticket prices
Adults: £7.50, Concessions: £5.90, Members (full) £5.90 / (Concessions) £4.90, Children under 12: £3.50
Orange Wednesdays: 2-for-1 cinema tickets every Wednesday for Orange customers. Just text ‘films’ to 241 on your Orange phone before you arrive
Thursday matinees: if you’re retired pay just £4.30
Family Movie Matinees: adults and children pay just £3.50 a ticket
3D films: an additional £2 full / £1.50 concessions + members
Broadway Bites
Our combined food and film deal – your cinema ticket, plus a meal from our CaféBar, for just £14 (£12 Concessions / Members).
Currently we can’t sell Broadway Bites tickets in advance. Because the CaféBar can get busy, we recommend you allow at least an hour to eat before your film begins.
3D FILMS an additional £2 full / £1.50 concs + members on selected films.

Group tickets
Groups of ten or more people can get a discount on both full and concessionary tickets, as long as you book in advance. Just call the box office on 0115 952 6611.
Concessions
To qualify for concessions, you’ll need to be under 16; a full-time student (with a valid photo NUS card); have a state pension; be unemployed or be registered disabled. Please bring proof of your status when you buy your ticket.
Opening hours
The box office is open Monday to Friday from 9am, and Saturday and Sunday from one hour before the start of the first film. It closes 15 minutes after the start of the final film.
Children
We welcome children into our building and CaféBar until 9pm, as long as they’re supervised by a parent or carer. We can’t accept responsibility for unsupervised children.
Please note that babies are not permitted into the screens, with the exception of our Bringing Up Baby! screenings.
Accessibility
We try very hard to make sure Broadway can be enjoyed by all.
The building and screens are fully accessible to people using wheelchairs. If you need extra help getting comfy, back supports and seat wedges are available from the box office.
An infrared hearing system is fitted in each auditorium, Screen 2 and the box office also have induction loops, which can be used with your hearing aid on the ‘T’ setting.
Guide dogs are welcome. And finally, our brochure is available in alternative formats – just ask.
Please let us know if anything doesn't come up to scratch and we'll do our best to put it right.
Annie, our lovely box office duty manager, is confident in British Sign Language and is training in Level 2. She is available on box office from 9am until 3am Monday to Friday.
Liquid Refreshment
You are welcome to take alcoholic (and non-alcoholic) drinks from our bars into our screens. Bottles and cans aren't allowed for safety reasons, so please let our bar staff know when you're on the way to a film and we’ll give you an appropriate drink holder when we serve you.
Electric Smoking Policy
For the comfort of all customers we do not permit the use of electric cigarettes in our cinema screens. However, you are welcome to use these devices in our cafebars.
