It is now possible for you to print your tickets at home and go straight to the cinema screen. Simply print the email we send you when you book online and bring it to the screen when you get here. Our ushers will scan the unique barcode and admit you to the screen. Give it a go and spend the time you save in our bar!

HOW DO I PURCHASE TICKETS ONLINE?

Select the show time for which you wish to purchase tickets and follow the steps. Once your purchase is confirmed we will issue an e-ticket via email you can print this email and bring it straight to the cinema as your ticket. You do not need to login to the Broadway site in order to book tickets.

HOW DO I USE MY BROADWAY MEMBERSHIP ONLINE?

Here is an easy step-by-step guide to using your membership online:

1. Choose the show time of the film you wish to see.

2. Add the amount of tickets you would like to the basket and click ‘Next’ – Concessionary members note: select ‘Full’ ticket to use your membership – the discount is applied on the subsequent page.

3. On the subsequent page – select ‘Use Membership’ on the top right (in the basket). And enter your membership number and surname. Note: when entering your membership number, please ignore any preceding zeros. For example, if your membership number reads: 0000123 only enter 123.

4. To add or remove memberships, click ‘Add/Remove Members’ and repeat the process for additional members.

5. Check the basket to ensure that the tickets have been correctly discounted.

6. Your address should automatically appear in the fields on the left – add your payment details and click ‘Charge Card’.

WHY CAN I ONLY SEE A WHITE BOX INSTEAD OF THE BOOKING INTERFACE?

This is a known issue that only affects users of Internet Explorer. It is to do with your Internet security settings. Follow these simple steps to resolve the issue:

1. In Internet Explorer go to Tools-> Internet options (tools is normally represented by a small cog symbol in the top right of the screen)
2. Click on Advanced Tab.
3. In the Settings list box: under Security check "Use TLS 1.0" and then click apply.

This should resolve the issue. Alternatively, the Broadway site works well in other browsers, such asGoogle Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
