Broadway’s not just somewhere to come in your leisure time. You can use it for business too.
We can accommodate everything from small meetings to large-scale conferences. We offer an accessible city-centre location, relaxed, creative surroundings, high-quality catering and of course, excellent technical facilities, with HD projection in all our auditoriums.
Small get-togethers
Room 2 is handily situated on our ground floor and offers boardroom-style seating for up to 15 people, plus projection facilities.
The studio is a really flexible space with HD projection and sound facilities. It holds up to 35 people and is often used for workshops, auditions, rehearsals and read-throughs.
No. 17 is perfect for smaller boardroom or informal meetings of up to 8 people. It also opens out onto a private outdoor terrace.
Our Mezz lounge is great for workshops or informal meetings of up to 25 people, with comfy furniture that can be rearranged depending on how you want to use the space. Drinks can be ordered next door in the Mezz bar.
Larger meetings
All our cinema screens can be hired during the daytime for larger-scale presentations, conferences and screenings.
Each one of our auditoriums is fully accessible. Screen 1 seats 337 people, screen 2 fits 130, screen 3 seats 99 and screen 4 up to 68.
Excellent technical assistance means you’ll get the best possible sound and visuals. We can also provide equipment for presentations, question-and-answer sessions and panel discussions.
What else?
All our hire rates include technical support for computers, projections, lighting and sound. Rooms come with a box full of essential – but easily forgotten – stationery, and flip charts are always available if needed.
One of the main perks to holding your meeting here is the food. We can serve refreshments including fairtrade tea and coffee, fruit bowls and fresh pastries in all of our meeting rooms, and our Mezz bar is perfect for a working lunch.
