Broadway’s not just somewhere to come in your leisure time. You can use it for business too.

We can accommodate everything from small meetings to large-scale conferences. We offer a fully accessible city centre location, in relaxed, creative surroundings, with high-quality catering and of course, excellent technical facilities, including HD projection in all our auditoriums, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the building.

Meetings

Our largest meetings room, Room 2, is handily situated on our ground floor and offers the flexibility of boardroom or theatre-style seating for up to 20 people, plus AV projection facilities.

Room 17 is perfect for smaller boardroom or informal meetings of up to 10 people. This unique space also opens out onto a private outdoor terrace, and is equipped with TV and glass boards, creating a stimulating space perfect for meetings, training or presentations.

Our experienced and friendly technical team is also always available to make sure your event runs as smoothly as possible.

Refreshments, breakfast and working lunch packages are available from our in-house kitchen who freshly prepare your catering.

Conferences, screenings and larger meetings

For larger-scale presentations, screenings or conferences - why not hire one of our four state-of-the-art cinema screens, with capacities ranging from 67 to 337? Each one is fully accessible to wheelchair users and people with limited mobility, and our excellent technical assistance means you will get the best possible sound and visuals. We can also provide equipment for presentations, question-and-answer sessions and panel discussions. All of our cinema screens are available for private hire during the daytime, outside of our monthly film programme.
