Lifelong love of film

Kids 3 D

We work really hard to make sure Broadway can be enjoyed by all. Our Supportive Environment Screenings leave the lights on low and turn the volume down so that children on the autism spectrum can enjoy film with their families, friends and carers. Every month we present screenings tailored to new parents and carers with babies and older people get a weekly offer via the Silver Screen. We regularly show films with subtitles for people who are deaf or hard of hearing. All our screens are accessible to wheelchair users and those with limited mobility. Audio description is available for partially sighted or blind people too.

Schools, Libraries, places of worship and leisure centres in North Nottingham and Mansfield were transformed into cinemas as part of our Connecting Communities project. Local volunteers were supported to host screenings to bring their communities together whilst enjoying a film. This is a family matinee screening of BFG at Mellish Sports Centre, Bulwell.
