About Me

I'm a regular at the Cafe-bar and Cinema, working near the city centre...so Broadway is a great space to break out of work to!

Superb ... and another demo of Walken's power in the winter of his years :)

An intense, emotional experience from Malick...there seems no need for the characters to speak to convey the breadth and depth of feeling expressed. Affleck's character came across to me as emotionally trapped...he had no conscious idea as to what was important to him, in intimate relationships. A wonderful viewing from beginning to end.

A film extravanganza for dreamers and people who've ever wondered if they keep meeting the same Souls ;{D

My eyes filled...wonderful cinematography...casting tip-top...Russell Crowe pulled through :)

Awesome...The Hobbit was the second book I read, start-to-finish, as a child. Jackson and his team re-created the experience for me...and plenty of other children in the audience chortled and cheered along with me :o{D

Highly recommended, for young-of-heart and young-of-age alike.

Gripping right from the start...very human, believable behaviours from the actors, given the people they were portraying...Ben Affleck is A1 as the on-the-ropes CIA 'extractor specialist'...and the final 20 minutes were the tensest I've experienced in any film I've viewed in 2012.

Definitely agreed on Affleck's emerging talent as a director :{D

Sh*t on stick...that film looks like worth seeing.

Agreed Richard. I thought Nolan wrapped it up nicely and Hathaway was fantastic. After watching the trailer I really wasn't expecting to enjoy her performance. A very pleasant surprise

An awesome ending to the Dark Knight series...and contrary to certain opinions, I considered Anna Hathaway's performance to be excellent...though not quite up to Michelle Pfeiffer's performance.
